In case you forgot there’s 3 football games going off on Thanksgiving which means there will be contests running at Fantasy Sports Live. I’m so used to them being on Sundays that I almost forgot. Thanksgiving will be a lot more fun having some cash riding on a few fantasy teams!

Time to start researching for tonights Basketball matches. 13 NBA games going off…lots of research to do.

I won 3 out of 4 daily fantasy basketball contests on Fantasy Sports Live last night. Making a profit for a change is nice. I netted $27 on the night which pushed me out of the red and up $4.50 overall. My big win was in the $10, 6 man 200 point cap contest. My team scored 229 fantasy points. The team is below with how many fantasy points they scored.

The Udrih play worked out nice. He cost me 10 points but brought in 15 points. Lebron James is amazing. He costs 45 points but still manages to bank more fantasy points than his cost. As long as he costs 50 and under I’ll keep taking him. Camby and Anthony had big games even though they didn’t play the 4th quarter. I never thought of blowups causing coaches to take out my good players. I’ll have to start factoring this in when picking my team.

I’m glad I didn’t take Marion. How did he only score 2 points! LOL. He averages around 18 points a game and only scored 2. A guy I wish I picked up for tonigt is Redd. He got 54 fantasy points and only costs 35 points. Whoever took him got major value.

My value play is B. Udrih from Sacramento. He only costs 10 poins and is now starting and is averaging around 20 fantasy points a game. Getting Udrih on the cheap allowed me to pick up more expensive players like Lebron James, Carmelo Anthony, and Camby. Below is my team for the $10, 6 man contest tonight.

I can’t believe how bad LaMarcus Aldridge and Jason Kid did last night. Aldridge has consistently got me 25 to 30 fantasy points every game. Last night he got into foul trouble early and only played for twenty minutes getting him a whole 6 fantasy points! I should of realized he can’t compete with the bangers down low.

Jason Kidd had a horrible game last night. He cost me 30 points but only earned me 10 fantasy points. He was 1 of 9 from the floor. He usually nets me around 30 fantasy points a game. I lost all 3 of my matches for a loss of $11.50. My team scored 157 fantasy points. The player breakdown is below.

A bunch of my opponents took G. Wallace from Charlotte. He had a big game putting up 42 fantasy points. His 6 steals were a surprise since the most he ever had was 4 in one game. Last time he did that was 5 games ago. I play at Fantasy Sports Live and steals count as 2 points. Wallace’s 6 steals earned him 12 fantasy points.

A friend called me after seeing my picks and noticed I didn’t max out the salary cap. I only used 190 points when 200 points are available. He made a good point that while Boozer is overvalued at 40 points but he’ll pretty much guarantee me 30 fantasy points. I’ll I had to do was drop one of my 30 point guards to a 25 point guard and I’d have enough for Boozer.

I dropped Roy and picked up J. Richardson then dropped P. Gasol and picked up Boozer. I was shaky on Roy and Gasol anyways. My team is now:
